Sponsor Toe B

$50.00

Toe B was found by property owner  hanging upside down from a fence with his toe tangled in some wire. The immense fear and pain he experienced is unimaginable. The property owner quickly rushed to get tools to free him and called us for help as he lie motionless on the ground, shock setting in..

His toe was dis-articulated (separated at the joint) and facing the wrong direction and we were concerned about is hip from dangling for so long.

He was rushed back to our clinic where he received pain relief and urgent veterinary care. His toe was put back to where it belonged and we were relieved when xrays confirmed his toe was his only injury. His toe was stabilised and he was given fluids to counteract the shock and exhaustion.

Toe B is a tough fella and so incredibly lucky to be alive! He will require many weeks in care but is safe with us now

Your once off sponsorship of $50AUD will help cover the costs of ongoing pain relief veterinary costs and the costs of harvesting eucalyptus for him to eat.
