Given that we do not receive any government funding, we depend on the kindness of donors to support the ongoing operations of SKER. Why not think about establishing a regular donation? Southern Koala and Echidna Rescue is a registered charity with DGR1 status, and all donations over $2 AUD are tax-deductible for Australian residents.

$30 = Covers the costs of basic consumables for an initial veterinary assessment of a koala or an echidna.

$70 = Helps keep our Rescue vehicle on the road to attend rescues, transport animals and collect vital eucalypt leaves for koalas in care

$150 = Buys specialised koala milk formula for round the clock bottle feeds.

$250 = contributes to the cost of a vet assessment including x-rays and pain medication of a patient coming into care.
